Security Alert: Sameer Group CEO Syed Sameer’s Social Media Accounts Compromised

SECURITY ALERT

01-Feb-2025 – Sameer Group LLC wishes to inform the public that our CEO, Syed Sameer’s Twitter/X account (@syedsameer) and other social media accounts were compromised while he was dealing with undisclosed health issues over the past few weeks. Additionally, our website, SameerGroup.org experienced a DDoS attack as of 31 January 2025, temporarily affecting access to our website which has now been fully resolved.

We have also received reports of malicious actors using Syed Sameer’s compromised Twitter/X account to launch numerous unauthorized tokens using his and our company’s name and likeness on platforms such as Pump.fun – Please exercise extreme caution and do not engage with any financial solicitations or token promotions claiming to be associated with Syed Sameer or our company.

Dubai authorities are actively investigating the incident.

For official updates, rely solely on SameerGroup.org and our verified company channels. As of 1 February 2025, we can confirm the hack has been resolved and Mr. Syed Sameer is in control of his personal & other social media accounts and all malicious content has been purged.
